    There is new law came in to effect from January 1, 2010 that would prevent a visitor from returning to India within two months of a prior visit. All NRIs who don't have Indian passport and require visa should keep this in mind when planning for a visit to India.

    Here is a guy who got into pretty bad situation because of this new law where Indian consulate didn't allow him to attend his mother's funeral!
